For the past few months, WhatsApp has been adding new features to improve its group chat. The number of group members increased from 256 to 512. WhatsApp has released another much-anticipated feature for WhatsApp Group Chat.
WhatsApp has announced that group admins have now been given the privilege to remove unwanted messages from their groups.
There has been a lot of request for this specific feature as some may say this feature on WhatsApp has been long overdue. Other instant messaging applications like Telegram Messenger has had feature for a long time.
This feature comes in to curb and control obscene messages posted by individuals in WhatApp group chats.
In addition to group admins kicking individuals out of groups, admins can now delete misleading messages that target victims in WhatsApp groups.
Users who are part of the WhatApp beta test program have already seen glimps of this feature in the beta test release. It is now available to all WhatsApp user on Android and iOS.
